Hit: Violently efficient power delivery

Hit: efficient power shipping with violence

Everything is bigger at 911 Turbo S: Brakes, machines, strength, performance. It all started with 3.8 liters of 3.8 liters twin-turbocharged placed behind the rear axle. With 640 hp (60 more than 911 last turbo) and 590 lb-ft torque, it makes the Hellcat power from a 60% size machine. Performance figures push into the supercar area: 0-60 mph in 2.6 seconds, a quarter of a mile in 10.5 seconds, and the top speed of 205 mph.

Turbo 911 is intoxicating with power shipping. With the drive all the wheels, 315s behind, and heavy above the rear axle, the pound of sidewalk with violent efficiency. Turbo S does not dispose of energy playing its tires and makes credites in which credit is due, partly, to sharp traction systems and sharp stability.

It only sends a surprise through your body as a flat-6 spinning mass translated into advanced momentum. And easy to repeatedly reach sub-3.0-seconds. Just enter the drone drive mode controller into sports + mode, cook the brakes and gas, warn the occupants to rest their heads to the headrest for fear of whiplash, then release the brakes. PURRS 3.8 at Idle then sounded the Porsche “Woo” signature when launched.

8-speed automatic transmission survives on gears as long as possible in sports +, grabs the next teeth quickly, and downshifts to provide all the power you need and more to run next.

Miss: Firm ride

911 Carrera, Carrera S, and Targa 4 all offer outstanding performance with a pretty comfortable ride to make them a daily driver. Up and the wealth of additional performance equipment 911 turbo makes it feel like a racing car for the road. The suspension has a new reducer that can be adjusted several hundred times per second.

Car I Drove has an optional sports suspension that lowers 0.4-inch cars on a shorter spring. Everything was set to be very stiff than the suspension in Mortal 911, and who gave a turbo about feeling. The trip went up too hard, but it wasn’t too bad when the road was bumpy.

On a vibrant street on one rural road, the trip becomes busy, but not too blaring, even in sports mode +. The suspension is likely not to create a hard hits of full compression because how fast the damper can adjust and additional helped springs that Porsche added to the rear aide.

Hit: Supercar performance

In addition to updated suspensions, Turbo 2021 911 has a front rear tire 255/35 and 315/30 which is installed on the middle-center wheel 20 and 21 inches. Wider tires and staggered wheel sizes give more car patch tire contacts and, according to the porsche, better temperature stability and load capacity.

This car also has a new active aerodynamics system with customized front lip spoilers, customized front cooling flap, and rear wing variables. At a maximum of 375 pounds, this system creates a downforce of 15% more than 911 Turbo S. Porsche also provides larger carbon-ceramic brakes that measure 16.5 inches in advance with large 10-piston calipers and 15.4 inches behind with calipers 6-piston.

We already know that 911 Carrera S is a ULANG track car. While I can’t order turbo 911 in the arena of horse racing, I hit a few crooked roads

We already know that the 911 Carrera S is an accomplished track car. While I can’t rule 911 turbo at the horse racetrack, I hit a few crooked roads, and it didn’t disappoint. It has the same sharp and stable movement, but with more clutches from larger tires, more downforce, and a more rigid suspension.

When I approached the bend and round, the car followed the right line, Pirelli P zero asked me to press more traction into it. Wisconsin’s countryside roads are explosions, but this car needs to show the actual items in the horse racing arena.

Miss: Supercar pricing

Supercar equipment 2021 Porsche 911 Turbo S and performance comes at a supercar price. The car starts from $ 204,850, and my tester is equipped with an option that carries the price to $ 226,710. It was almost doubled from the brilliant 911 911 model, and the initial price was only $ 5,000 shy than Lamborghini Huracan and $ 14,000 more than McLaren 570. Ouch.

Hit: Mean looks

Bit Turbo makes 992 911 generations look more evil. Most can be associated with the Aero section. The active rear spoiler is more like a wing and never sneaks well to the back end like in 911 others. Instead it is located high and proud to serve the purpose of helping Turbo 911 to deal with trajectories faster. Wider stance and massive rear tires also express car performance intentions, especially when viewed from behind. Wheels in my car, an exclusive increase of $ 2490 911 turbo upgrades, also add design with their spidery-five-spoke display.

Miss: It went away

I put about 290 miles on the 911 Turbo S during my week with it. I got only 16.6 mpg, according to the trip odometer, but the giggles the prodigious power inspired more than made up for a lack of efficiency. Now, my week off is over, and the 911 Turbo S is gone. It was good while it lasted.
